في اعتداء صارخ على الحريات ..إيران تحكم بالسجن على المخرج “محمد رسولوف”
أعلن محامي المخرج الإيراني محمد رسولوف أن موكله حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة عام، بعد أيام من فوزه بالدب الذهبي، أهم جوائز مهرجان برلين السينمائي.
وقال المحامي ناصر زرافشان، في حديث لوكالة “أسوشيتد برس” اليوم الأربعاء، إن القضاء الإيراني خلص إلى أن ثلاثة أفلام أخرجها رسولوف تمثل “دعاية ضد النظام”، ومنعه كذلك من مزاولة الإخراج السينمائي لمدة عامين.
وأكد زرافشان أن المخرج علم بالحكم الصادر بحقه برسالة خطية تسلمها من السلطات، وهو ينوي تقديم دعوى استئناف ضد الحكم، وخاصة في ظل قرار سلطات البلاد منح إجازة إلى 54 ألف سجين على خلفية تفشي فيروس كورونا في البلاد.
وجاء الحكم في أعقاب فوز رسولوف بالدب الذهبي لفيلمه “لا يوجد شر” الذي يحتوي انتقادات حادة لعقوبة الإعدام في إيران، فيما غاب عن مراسم توزيع جوائز مهرجان برلين لعدم سماح السلطات الإيرانية له بمغادرة البلاد.
وكان رسولوف والمخرج الإيراني جعفر بناهي قد اعتقلا عام 2011 وحكم عليهما بالسجن لمدة ست سنوات مع حظر الإخراج لمدة 20 عاما لتصويرهما أفلاما دون ترخيص، لكن القضاء خفف لاحقا الحكم الصادر بحق رسولوف إلى السجن لمدة عام.
